摘 要:建立了利用Agilent HP-1毛细管柱和FID检测器进行检测,以邻苯二甲酸二戊酯为内标,采用程序升温方式的内标法定量腈吡螨酯的气相色谱分析方法。结果表明,在选择的色谱条件下腈吡螨酯线性关系良好,添加回收率在99.11%~99.83%,平均添加回收率为99.47%,标准偏差为0.1040,变异系数为0.34%,说明该分析方法操作简便,分离效果好、精密度和准确度高,适用于腈吡螨酯的定性定量分析。A method for separation and quantitative analysis of cyenopyrafen SC by programmed temperature GC-FID was established.Detection was performed using Agilent HP-1 capillary column and FID detector with dipentyl phthalate as the internal standard and quantified using the internal standard method.The results showed that the recoveries were 99.11%-99.83%,the average recovery of cyenopyrafen was 99.47%,the standard deviations and coefficient of variations were 0.1040 and 0.34%,indicating that the method was simple,rapid and accurate enough for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of cyenopyrafen 30%SC.
