摘  要:需求响应可以降低峰值负荷,改善配电网的可靠性。为分析激励型需求响应对有源配电网可靠性的影响,在分层电力市场结构下,以电网运营商、负荷聚合商和用户为主体建立了激励型需求响应模型,以负荷聚合商和用户收益最大为目标,在峰时段引导用户削减负荷,从而改善负荷曲线。建立储能系统充放电模型,采用蒙特卡罗模拟对含激励型需求响应的有源配电网进行可靠性计算,得出可靠性指标。算例分析结果表明:激励型需求响应以及光伏和储能的接入能有效提高配电网的可靠性。The incentive demand response can reduce the peak load and improve the reliability of the distribution network.To analyze the influence of incentive demand response on the reliability of the active distribution network,under the structure of a stratified power market,an incentive demand response model was established with grid operators,load aggregators and users as the main body.Taking the maximum benefit of load aggregators and users as the target,guiding users to reduce load during peak hours,thereby improving the load curve.Then,the charging and discharging model of energy storage system was established.Monte Carlo simulation was used to analyze the reliability of the active distribution network with the incentive demand response,and the reliability index was obtained.The results of numerical analysis examples showed that incentive demand response and the access to photovoltaic and energy storage effectively improved the reliability of the distribution network.
