摘 要:商业银行操作风险防范是中国乃至世界风险管理的热点话题。以往的商业银行操作风险防范多从保险等机制进行研究,而从高管团队管理视角对银行风险进行研究逐步成为当前银行业探索的新方向。文章基于社会责任理论视角,提出商业银行高管团队质量将提升组织员工责任感知,从而提升银行操作风险防范力。同时,将高管团队质量分解为合规管理执行力、文化力和责任型领导力三方面,对商业银行柜员、客户经理、支行和分行负责人等300人进行问卷调查,调查结果支持了研究提出的中介模型。The prevention of operational risks in commercial banks is a hot topic in risk management in China andeven the world.In the past,the prevention of operational risks in commercial banks was mostly studied throughmechanisms such as insurance,while studying bank risks from the perspective of executive team managementhas gradually become a new direction for banks to explore.Based on the perspective of social responsibilitytheory.the article proposes that the quality of the executive team of commercial banks will enhance the sense ofresponsibility of organizational employees,thereby enhancing the bank's operational risk prevention capabilities.At the same time,the quality of the executive team was decomposed into three aspects:compliance managementexecution,cultural strength,and responsible leadership.A questionnaire survey was conducted with 300 peopleincluding commercial bank tellers,customer managers,branch and branch heads,and the research resultssupported the intermediary model proposed in this study.
