高校图书馆实施受控数字借阅模式的可行性探讨

摘　　要：受控数字借阅是近年来由美国兴起的一种新型借阅模式,经过了疫情时期的实践考验,目前已得到美国部分高校图书馆和国际图书馆学界的支持。对我国图书馆事业发展而言,传统的馆际互借逐渐显露出较强的局限性,在不断寻求满足读者资源需求最佳方案的道路上,受控数字借阅有较强的借鉴价值。文章聚焦于国内高校图书馆,分析其实施受控数字借阅的必要性,梳理现存制约因素,探讨实施可行性,并在此基础上提出相关实践策略。Controlled digital lending is a new lending model that has emerged in the United States in recent years.After experiencing practical tests during the pandemic,it has received support from the international library community and some university libraries in the United States.For the development of China s library industry,traditional interlibrary lending has gradually shown strong limitations.On the road of constantly seeking the best solution to meet the resource needs of readers,controlled digital lending has strong reference value.The article focuses on domestic university libraries,analyzes the necessity of implementing controlled digital borrowing,sorts out existing constraints,explores the feasibility of implementation,and based on this,proposes relevant practical strategies.
