摘　　要：文化权利是国际公认的基本人权。社区矫正对象依法享有公民基本权利。文章采用问卷调查法,了解社区矫正对象帮扶现状和文化需求,提出以下策略:转变观念,树立全纳服务理念;建章立制,加强法律制度建设;靶向服务,提供精准文化帮扶。以期满足社区矫正对象文化需求,提高社区矫正工作实效,维护社会和谐稳定。Cultural rights are internationally recognized basic human rights.The object of community correction enjoys the basic rights of citizens according to law.The paper adopts questionnaire survey to investigate the current situation and cultural needs of community correction objects,and discusses how the library can meet the cultural needs of community correction objects,improve the effectiveness of community correction work,and maintain social harmony and stability,and puts forward some strategies such as changing concepts,setting up inclusive service faith,establishing rules and regulations,strengthening the construction of legal system;providing targeted services and providing accurate cultural assistance.
