摘　　要：爱国主义植根于中华民族,为实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦提供强大精神动力。公共图书馆作为宣传思想文化的重要部门,开展爱国主义教育具有天然优势。文章立足公共图书馆发挥爱国主义教育作用的实践现状,运用问卷调查法、网络调研法、实地调研法、文献调研法等多种方法,对中部六省省级公共图书馆、安徽省内地市级公共图书馆及部分特色基层公共图书馆开展爱国主义教育实践进行调查,发现并分析问题,进而提出对策措施,以期为新时代公共图书馆进一步发挥爱国主义教育作用提供借鉴。Patriotism is rooted in the hearts of the Chinese nation,providing a powerful spiritual motivation for the Chinese Dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.As an important department of propaganda,ideology and culture,the public libraries have natural advantages in carrying out patriotic education.Based on the current situation of public libraries playing a role in patriotic education,with various methods such as questionnaire survey,network survey,field survey,and literature research method,the article identifies and analyzes problems and puts forward the countermeasures of the current situation of patriotic education in the public libraries of six central provinces,as well as municipal public libraries in Anhui province and some characteristic grassroots public libraries,so as to provide reference for public libraries in the new era to further play their role in patriotic education.
