摘　　要：智能化矿井建设是煤矿未来的发展趋势。为实现矿用液压系统的智能化运行,达到减员增效的目的,设计了乳化液泵站智能化集控系统。该系统将水处理、自动配比装置、变频节能装置、乳化液泵站集中在一起,实现系统的智能化无人化运行;同时该系统可并入矿方的以太网系统,实现远程的监控监测。The construction of intelligent mines is the development trend of coal mines.An intelligent centralized control system for emulsion pump stations is designed in this paper to promote intelligent operation of mining hydraulic systems,and also the goal of employee reduction and efficiency improvement.The system integrates devices of water treatment,automatic proportioning,variable frequency energy-saving,and emulsion pump station to achieve intelligent and unmanned operation.The designed system can also be connected into the mine's ethernet of the coal mine users to realize remote monitoring and control.
