摘 要:针对电容测量仪器电路复杂,操作不便,难以实现高精度动态测量的问题,设计了一种新型电容测试仪。首先,基于NE556定时器构成电容采测电路完成脉宽调制(pulse width modulation,PWM)信号的输出。其次,通过单片机定时器T0实现脉冲宽度的测量,根据脉冲宽度与被测电容Cx的比例关系,计算出被测电容值。再者,使用ZigBee无线传输技术或串行通信将数据传输给上位机,实现无线通讯,满足多种需求。最后,通过试验验证了该设计的可行性。该新型电容测试仪可用于静态、动态测量,具有高精度、抗干扰能力强、多种输出方式等优点。Aiming at the problems of complex circuit,inconvenient operation and difficult to realize high precision dynamic measurement of capacitance measurement instrument,a new type of capacitance tester is designed.Firstly,the capacitance sampling circuit based on NE556 timer completes the output of pulse width modulation(PWM)signal.Secondly,the pulse width is measured by single-chip the microcontroller timer T0.According to the proportional relationship between the pulse width and the measured capacitance Cx,the measured capacitance is calculated.Furthermore,the ZigBee wireless transmission technology or serial communication are used to transmite the data to the host computer,realizing wireless communication to meet a variety of needs.Finally,the feasibility of the design is verified by experiments.The new capacitance tester can be used for static and dynamic measurement,which has the advantages of high precision,strong anti-interference ability and multiple output modes.
