摘  要:许多动物实验均证实了对打印支架施加10%压缩应变刺激时更利于细胞的增殖。为了探究这一原因,采用有限元技术,对支架进行单轴压缩10%应变的仿真研究,得到了支架的整体支反力情况、支架各层应力分布以及支架各层位移分布。结果表明:当支架发生10%压缩应变时,支架各层受力范围在0.2~0.6 N,最大形变发生在支架第二层与第三层接触的线束上,此处线束发生了扭转变形。将有限元结果与支架力学实验结果做比较,发现仿真结果与实验结果吻合良好。Many animal experiments have confirmed that the printed scaffold is more conducive to cell proliferation when stimulated by 10%compressive strain.In order to explore this reason,the finite element technology was used to simulate the mechanical behaviors of scaffold under compression of 10%,such as the overall support reaction,stress distribution and displacement distribution of each layer.The results show that when 10%compression strain occurs,the stress range of each layer of scaffold is 0.2-0.6 N.The maximum deformation occurs at the wire harness between the second and third layer,where torsion deformation occurs.Comparing the finite element results with the experimental results,there are good agreements between them.
