摘  要:为了减轻工程机械车轮质量、节约生产成本,采用拓扑优化方法优化某车型车轮轮辐结构。首先,以弯曲疲劳试验为基准,设计相应的有限元分析环境并进行求解分析;其次,依据有限元初次分析的结果进行拓扑优化;再次,根据拓扑优化密度图改进车轮轮辐的设计方案;最后,再次分析与校核改进后的设计方案。结果显示,在满足设计要求的前提下,尽管最大变形量和等效应力略有增大,但是轮辐质量下降了5.174kg,轻量化幅度达36%。In order to reduce the weight of construction machinery wheels and save the production cost,the topology optimization method is used to optimize the wheel spoke structure of a certain vehicle.Firstly,based on the bending fatigue test,the corresponding finite element analysis environment is designed and solved.Secondly,the topology optimization is carried out according to the results of the initial finite element analysis,the design scheme of wheel spokes is improved according to the topology optimization density diagram,and the improved scheme is analyzed and checked again.The results show that the spoke mass decreases by 5.174 kg and the lightweight range reaches 36%,although the maximum deformation and equivalent stress increase slightly.
