摘　　要：高速涡流制浆机是一种常用水泥、粉煤灰、膨润土等粉料进行制浆的设备。为提高现有ZJ3200型高速涡流制浆机的制浆效率、降低能耗、提高产量,分析高速涡流制浆机的结构和工作原理,针对存在的制浆效率低、能耗高等问题,发现浆液循环浆管不合理会导致流体阻力大,电机功率小会导致制浓浆时电机发热严重,填料密封需经常维护且密封效果不理想。针对浆液循环浆管不合理问题,缩短浆液循环管路、减少弯头、取消换向装置改为气动蝶阀,以减少液体管道压力损失。对于电机发热严重问题,对不同的浆液配比配置不同功率大小的电机,并将皮带传动改为联轴器直联传动。对于密封问题,将填料密封改为机械密封,降低摩擦损耗,同时减少维护成本,增强密封效果。通过多个项目现场使用反馈,配置浓浆时电机发热正常,机械密封使用寿命长,泄漏较少,轴承使用寿命长,维修量减少,优化效果良好。可见,通过实施这些优化设计方案,提高了ZJ3200型高速涡流制浆机的性能和效率,延长了轴承的使用寿命,降低了用户的维护成本。The high-speed eddy current pulping machine is a kind of equipment for pulping cement,fly ash,bentonite and other powder materials.In order to improve the pulping efficiency,reduce the energy consumption and increase the output of the existing ZJ3200 high-speed eddy current pulping machine,the structure and working principle of the high-speed eddy current pulping machine are analyzed,it is found that unreasonable slurry circulating pipe will lead to high fluid resistance,low motor power will lead to serious motor heating,packing seal should be maintained frequently and sealing effect is not ideal.In order to reduce the pressure loss of liquid pipeline,the slurry circulation pipeline is shortened,the elbow is reduced,the reversing device is replaced by pneumatic butterfly valve.For the serious problem of motor heating,different size of motor with different slurry ratio,and the belt drive is changed into direct coupling drive.For the sealing problem,the packing seal is changed into mechanical seal to reduce the friction loss,reduce the maintenance cost and enhance the sealing effect.Through the feedback of many projects,the motor heats up normally,the mechanical seal has long service life,almost no leakage,the bearing has long service life,the maintenance quantity reduces,the optimization effect is good.It can be seen that the performance and efficiency of ZJ3200 high-speed eddy-current pulping machine are improved,the service life of bearings is increased and the maintenance cost is reduced.
