摘 要:某轻卡由于发动机悬置系统的隔振率较低造成车内噪声较大,从模态能量解耦的角度对悬置进行改进设计。通过理论分析构建系统的数学模型,并根据模态能量理论计算模型的模态频率和解耦率。计算结果表明,该悬置系统的模态解耦较差,会导致车内噪声问题。通过联合仿真对元件的刚度和位置进行优化设计,优化后系统的解耦率明显提高,均大于90%,最大值达到97.39%,其中θ_(z)方向提高了39.69%。通过整车试验验证优化方案的有效性,优化后驾驶员右耳噪声最高降低4 dB(A),为轻型卡车发动机悬置系统优化设计提供了参考。Due to the low vibration isolation rate of the engine mounting system of a light truck,the interior noise is larger.The mathematical model of the system is built through theoretical analysis,and the modal frequency and decoupling rate of the model are calculated according to the modal energy theory.The calculation results show that the mode decoupling of the mounting system is poor,which will lead to the problem of interior noise.The stiffness and position of the components were optimized by co-simulation.After optimization,the decoupling rate of the system was significantly increased,both of which were greater than 90%,and the maximum value reached 97.39%,in which the θ_(z) direction was increased by 39.69%.The effectiveness of the optimization scheme is verified by the whole vehicle test.After optimization,the driver's right ear noise is reduced by up to 4 dB(A),which provides a reference for the optimization design of the light truck engine mounting system.
