摘 要:自动化立体仓库是现代物流系统中使用自动化设备和控制系统存储、检索和搬运货物的设施。在这种高度自动化的环境中,机械轴承作为关键的机械组件,其性能直接影响整个仓库系统的运行效率和安全性。机械轴承的故障诊断是保证其可靠运行的必要条件。现有的轴承诊断技术主要包括振动分析技术、声发射检测技术和温度监测技术。这些诊断技术各有优势,也各存在局限,尤其在复杂的自动化仓库环境中,因此开发适用于此环境的新型诊断技术显得尤为重要。针对自动化立体仓库环境下物流机械轴承的特点,提出一套完善的诊断工艺,包括数据采集、信号处理等步骤,并通过技术测试验证新工艺的有效性。Automated three-dimensional warehouses are facilities in modern logistics systems that use automated equipment and control systems to store,retrieve,and transport goods,In this highly automated environment,mechanical bearings,as key mechanical components,have a direct impact on the operational efficiency and safety of the entire warehouse system due to their performance.The fault diagnosis of mechanical bearings is a necessary condition to ensure their reliable operation.The existing bearing diagnosis technologies mainly include vibration analysis technology,acoustic emission detection technology,and temperature monitoring technology,each of which has advantages but also limitations,especially in complex automated warehouse environments.Therefore,developing new diagnostic technologies suitable for this environment is particularly important.This article proposes a comprehensive diagnostic process for logistics machinery bearings in an automated three-dimensional warehouse environment,including steps such as data acquisition and signal processing,and the effectiveness of the new technology is verified by technical tests.
