摘 要:基于某型教练机首翻期飞行小时数与日历年限不匹配的情况,通过收集外场飞机的使用情况,评估日历寿命调整的可行性和预期调整目标,完成结构的腐蚀防护体系设计改进并开展加速腐蚀试验验证。通过不同状态模拟件试验结果的对比,得到日历首翻期调整结论,筛选出可供结构大修时选用效果更优的防护措施,提出外场飞机在日历首翻期调整期间的检查、修理与防护措施。Based on the mismatch between the flight hours of a certain type of trainer aircraft in the first turn period and the calendar year,the feasibility of calendar life adjustment and the expected adjustment target were evaluated by collecting the use of the aircraft in the field,and the design improvement of the corrosion protection system of the structure was completed and accelerated corrosion test verification was carried out.By comparing the test results of simulated parts in different states,the conclusion of calendar first turn period adjustment was obtained,and the protective measures with better effect were selected for structural overhaul,and the inspection,repair and protective measures for outfield aircraft during the calendar first turn period adjustment were proposed.
