摘  要:以绿藻缘管浒苔(Ulva linza)为实验材料,分析不同浓度的锌离子(Zn^(2+))对缘管浒苔光合生理特性的影响。随Zn^(2+)浓度升高,缘管浒苔的相对生长速率显著降低。与对照组相比,相对生长速率分别降低了37.8%,42.1%,76.8%和88.4%;藻体的呼吸作用速率和净光合作用速率随之降低,当Zn^(2+)浓度为200μmol/L时,呼吸作用速率和净光合作用速率与对照组相比分别降低了68.1%和93.0%;藻体最大量子产量也不断降低,最低可至0.3。同时发现,50μmol/L Zn^(2+)处理时可促进藻体Chl a和Chl b的合成。结果表明,缘管浒苔对低浓度Zn^(2+)具有一定的生理抗性,但高浓度的Zn^(2+)会抑制其光合生理特性。Ulva linza,a species of green tides,was selected as the experimental material,the effects of different concentrations of Zn^(2+)on the photosynthetic and physiological characteristics of U.Linza were analyzed.The results showed that the relative growth rate of U.linza decreased significantly with the increase of Zn^(2+)concentration.Compared with the control group,the relative growth rates decreased by 37.8%,42.1%,76.8%and 88.4%,respectively.The respiration rate and net photosynthetic rate of U.linza also decreased.When the concentration of Zn^(2+)was 200μmol/L,the respiratory rate and net photosynthesis rate decreased by 68.1%and 93.0%respectively compared to the control group.The yield of U.linza also decreased,with the lowest value of 0.3.Meanwhile,it was found that 50μmol/L Zn^(2+)treatment could promote the synthesis of Chl a and Chl b in algae.The results showed that U.linza had physiological resistance to low concentration of Zn^(2+),but high concentration of Zn^(2+)would inhibi its photosynthetic and physiological characteristics.
