摘　　要：现阶段,人工智能技术在社会各行各业生产环节中都得到了广泛应用。基于电力服务环节本身的复杂性特点,将人工智能技术与供电营业服务相结合可建立健全的供电企业营业服务系统,减少供电营业服务中出现失误问题的概率,因此,电力部门需要以电力营业厅实际运行需求为依据,在把控人工智能技术应用重点的基础上,开展供电营业服务工作,以减少电力营业厅运行所需要的人工成本。基于此,本文主要研究了人工智能技术在供电营业服务中的应用。At present,artificial intelligence technology has been widely used in the production process of all walks of life.Based on the complexity characteristics of power service link itself,the combination of artificial intelligence technology and power supply business services can establish a sound power supply enterprise business service system,and reduce the probability of errors in power supply business services.Therefore,the power sector needs to be based on the actual operation needs of the electric power business hall,and carry out power supply business service work on the basis of controlling the application focus of artificial intelligence technology,so as to reduce the labor costs required for the operation of the electric power business hall.Based on this condition,this paper mainly studies the application of artificial intelligence technology in power supply business services.
