科创协同,农教联合:新农科人才培养探索——以宁波大学海洋学院为例

摘　　要：新农科作为我国高等农业教育人才培养的重要改革方向。面对新农科建设立德树人、培养高素质专业人才需求,分析新农科为本科人才培养带来的挑战和现状,解析当前新农科本科人才培养存在的问题。通过新农科人才供给侧结构性改革,开展人才培养体系建设,探索科创协同、农教联合推动校企合作、协同育人创新机制与路径,依托科创协同,建立“交叉课程、拔尖创新、创业实践”的复合培养模式,构筑“产业学院、产教联盟、实践基地”的产教融合平台,形成以新农科为主题的多元、多层次协同育人体制机制,提高新农科人才培养水平。New agricultural sciences are an important reform direction for the personnel training of higher agricultural education in China.In the face of the need to construct new agricultural science and cultivate high-quality professionals,this paper analyzes the challenges and status quo brought by the new agricultural science to the training of undergraduate talents and the existing problems in training undergraduate talents of new agricultural science.Through the structural reform of the supply side of new agricultural talents,we carry out the construction of a talent training system,explore the mechanism and path of science and innovation collaboration,agriculture and education joint promotion of school-enterprise cooperation,collaborative education innovation.Relying on science and innovation collaboration,we establish a composite training model of“cross-curriculum,top-notch innovation,entrepreneurial practice”,and build an industry-education integration platform of“industrial college,industry-education alliance,practice base”.to form a pluralistic and multi-level cooperative education system and mechanism with new agricultural science as the theme,and improve the training level of new agricultural science talents.
