摘  要:为探讨三种教学在超声诊断本科生见习的应用价值,以322名医学影像生为研究对象,对照组运用线下教学方法,实验组分别运用线上教学方法和线上线下混合教学方法。通过实验组问卷调查和三组期末考核成绩进行教学评价和评估,结果表明:混合实验组认为其更有利于理解超声原理、培养超声临床思维能力、提高超声学习效果;混合实验组高于对照线下理论成绩,线上实验组低于线下对照组理论成绩。因此,线上线下混合教学有助于培养医生的超声诊断能力,提高学生的理论成绩。To explore the application value of three kinds of teaching in ultrasound diagnosis undergraduate traineeship,322 medical imaging students were taken as the research object.The control group adopted offline teaching methods,while the experimental group adopted online and mixed teaching methods.The teaching effect was evaluated through the questionnaire survey of the experimental group and three groups of final assessment scores.The mixed experimental group was thought to be beter in understanding ultrasound principles,ultrasound clinical thinking ability,and ultrasound learning effect,the and its scores are higher than the control offline scores,while the online experimental group’s scores are lower than the theoretical scores of the offline control group.It shows that online and offline mixed teaching helps to develop doctors’ultrasound diagnostic ability and improve students’theoretical performance.
