摘　　要：做好网络新媒体环境下大学生思想政治教育工作,是高校面临的时代考验和现实要求。增强大学生思想政治引领与新媒体交往互动的协同机制,提升大学生思想政治工作的主动性、针对性、实践性,对落实立德树人根本任务、推进教育事业高质量发展具有重要意义。通过对广东省不同类型高校学生进行调查问卷分析,了解目前高校学生网络思想政治教育工作存在的问题,充分掌握新形势下大学生与新媒体交往互动的现状与特征,通过探索构建大学生思想政治引领与新媒体交往互动的协同机制,树立以生为本理念,完善体制机制,加强队伍建设和实现平台融合等工作,验证协同机制的有效性。Through the analysis of questionnaires of different types of college students in Guangdong Province,this paper finds the problems existing in the current online ideological and political education of college students,fully grasps the current situation and characteristics of the interaction between college students and new media under the new situation,explores the construction of a collaborative mechanism between college students'ideological and political guidance and new media interaction,establishes a students-oriented concept,improves the system and mechanism,strengthens team building and realizes platform integration,and verifies the effectiveness of the synergy mechanism.
