摘  要:为改善水泥基充填膏体的力学性能,采用玻璃、聚丙烯及聚丙烯腈3种纤维作为改性材料,探讨了纤维类型、掺量对水泥基充填膏体力学及流动性能的影响规律,并揭示了纤维对充填膏体力学性能的增强机理。结果表明:充填料浆的坍落度随纤维掺量增加逐渐降低,但纤维类型变化对料浆坍落度的影响并不显著;充填体抗压强度随着纤维掺量增加表现出显著的增加趋势,并且纤维种类变化对抗压强度的影响并不显著;随着纤维掺量增加,试样28 d抗拉强度表现出增大趋势,并且28 d抗拉强度的增加幅度远高于28 d抗压强度增幅;聚丙烯腈纤维对抗拉强度的提升效果最高、聚丙烯纤维次之,玻璃纤维对抗拉强度的提升效果最弱;玻璃纤维表面附着明显的水化产物,说明纤维与砂浆之间会形成明显的黏聚力,进而能够显著改善充填膏体的宏观力学性能。In order to improve the mechanical properties of cement-based filling paste,glass,polypropylene and polyacrylonitrile fibers were used as modified materials.The influence of fiber type and dosage on the physical and flow properties of cement-based filling paste was discussed,and the strengthening mechanism of fiber on the physical properties of cement-based filling paste was revealed.The results show that the slump of filling slurry decreases gradually with the increase of fiber content,but the fiber type has no significant effect on the slump of slurry.The compressive strength of filling body increases significantly with the increase of fiber content,and the change of fiber type has no significant effect on the compressive strength.With the increase of fiber content,the 28 d tensile strength of the sample shows an increasing trend,and the increase of 28 d tensile strength is much higher than that of 28 d compressive strength.Polyacrylonitrile fiber has the highest enhancement effect on tensile strength,followed by polypropylene fiber,and glass fiber has the least enhancement effect on tensile strength.The surface of glass fiber is attached with obvious hydration products,indicating that the fiber and mortar will form obvious cohesion,which can significantly improve the macro mechanical properties of filling paste.
