摘 要:现代体育馆建造多采用传统的塔式起重机和现浇混凝土基础,因其存在体积大、工期长、施工后需拆除、资源浪费、成本高等问题,故难以满足可持续发展的目标。为了克服上述缺陷,本研究以某体育馆工程为例,提出了一种新型的螺栓连接预制十字形工字钢塔式起重机基础。该方案具有连接方便、摊销成本低、可回收等优点。同时,通过BIM技术进行钢塔式起重机基础的设计、安装、定位布置和选型的设计及模拟,以提高塔式起重机运行的稳定性和安全性。这一创新不仅带来重要的经济效益和社会效益,还实现了设计和施工全过程的数字化、可视化和信息共享,有效减少了施工时间和工程造价。The construction of modern sports venues adopts traditional tower cranes and cast-in-place concrete foundations,which have problems such as large volume,long construction period,need to be dismantled after construction,resource waste,and high cost,making it difficult to meet sustainable development goals.In order to overcome these shortcomings,this article takes a sports hall project as an example and proposes an innovative bolt connected prefabricated cross shaped I-beam tower crane foundation.This scheme has significant advantages such as convenient connection,low amortization cost,and recyclability.At the same time,BIM technology is used to design,install,position,arrange,and select the foundation of steel tower cranes,in order to improve the stability and safety of tower crane operation.This innovative solution not only brings important economic and social benefits,but also realizes the digitization,visualization,and information sharing of the entire design and construction process,effectively reducing construction time and engineering costs.
