摘 要:针对HRB400、HRBF4002种型号及16 mm、20 mm、25 mm、32 mm 4种不同直径的钢筋母材,研究了高强钢筋母材疲劳性能的试验,其应力比为0.4。通过试验结果对比分析不同直径对钢筋疲劳性能的影响,利用数据统计方法对试验结果进行了统计分析并获得了S-N和P-S-N曲线。试验结果表明:对于HRB400与HRBF4002种型号的钢筋来说,其均具有随钢筋直径增大,钢筋母材的疲劳性能不断降低的规律;对比HRB400与HRBF4002种型号的钢筋母材疲劳性能发现,HRBF400级钢筋母材疲劳性能优于HRB400级;分析HRB400与HRBF4002种型号高强钢筋不同直径的总体数据样本,发现400级高强钢筋在中长寿命区的m值约为5.346,同时确定了总体样本下的P-S-N曲线,为400级高强钢筋在后续的疲劳设计及工程建设等方面提供了理论参考。According to two types of HRB400 and HRBF400 with different diameters of 16 mm,20 mm,25 mm and 32 mm,the fatigue test of high-strength steel bar base material is carried out,which the stress ratio is 0.4.Through the comparative analysis of the test results,the influence of different diameters on the fatigue properties of steel bars is analyzed,and the S-N and P-S-N curves are sured.The test results show that:for HRB400 and HRBF400 steel bars,the fatigue property of base material decreases with the increase of steel bar diameter;Comparing the fatigue performance of HRB400 and HRBF400,it is found that the fatigue performance of HRBF400 is better than that of HRB400;By analyzing the general data samples of HRB400 and HRBF400 high-strength steel bars with different diameters,it is found that the m value of grade 400 high-strength steel bars is about 5.346 in the medium and long life zone,and the P-S-N curve under the general sample is determined,which provides theoretical reference for the subsequent fatigue design and engineering construction of grade 400 high-strength steel bars.
