摘 要:针对垃圾焚烧发电厂主车间存在的整体结构不规则、垃圾水平侧压力大及不确定因素多、荷载分布不均、结构超长和垃圾坑表面防腐涂层机械性能要求高等问题,采取了结构分缝、提高抗震等级、结构布置合理、加强重点部位等措施,并采用合理的有限元软件对结构进行了合算模型及分算模型的计算,结果表明主车间连体方案结构紧凑,方便设备布置,其结构分析采用分算模型简单、安全可行。此外,给出了施工建议,可通过合理的结构设计措施、严格把关施工环节等措施解决普遍存在的垃圾焚坑开裂渗漏问题。In view of problems existing in the main workshop of waste incineration power plant,such as irregular overall structure,large horizontal side pressure of waste,many uncertain factors,uneven load distribution,super⁃long structure and high mechanical performance requirements of anti⁃corrosion coating on the surface of waste pit,measures such as structural joint splitting,improvement of seismic grade,reasonable structural layout and strengthening of key parts were taken.The reasonable finite element software was used to calculate co⁃calculation model and the sub⁃calculation model of the structure.The results show that the connecting scheme of the main workshop is compact and convenient for equipment layout.The sub⁃calculation model is simple,safe and feasible for structural analysis.In addition,the construction suggestions were given.The common problem of cracking and leakage of waste incineration pits can be solved by reasonable structural design measures and strict control of construction links.
