摘　　要：通过研究美军长期造舰计划的定位、内容、编报方式和相关管理机制,剖析近年来美海军兵力结构评估方案与面向2045年的舰队规模结构,从军事理论、作战体系、技术代际和战略管理4个方面,总结美海军未来舰队发展的趋势与特点,为我主动设计战争、创新战法、引领建设,打造一支理念先进、结构合理、规模适度的现代化舰队提供参考,以“后发优势”,向世界一流海军蓝图迈进。By studying the positioning,contents,reporting methods and related management mechanisms of the U.S.Navy’s long-term shipbuilding plan,this article analyzes the force structure assessment plan in recent years and the fleet size structure for 2045.From the four aspects of strategic orientations,force structure,technological highlands and management mechanisms,it summarizes the trends and characteristics of the future fleet development of the US Navy,and helps us proactively improve war design,tactics innovations,force construction as well as create a modern fleet attaching advanced concepts,scientific structure,and moderate scale which in return,accelerate its pace moving towards a world-class navy as a manner of late-comer.
