摘 要:抽水蓄能电站的工程特点和环境影响特征与常规水电站存在差异,可根据环境影响特征将抽水蓄能电站分为“混合式”、“开循环(依托下库)”、“开循环(新建下库)”、“闭循环”4类,分别从评价等级与评价范围、环境现状调查与评价、影响预测与评价、环境保护对策措施等方面梳理了技术要点,并针对不同分类提出了生态用水保障、枢纽工程废水和污水处理、水库水质保护、水生生态保护及“以新带老”等环境保护措施。The engineering features and environmental impact characteristics of pumped-storage power stations are different from those of conventional hydropower stations.According to the environmental impact characteristics,the pumped-storage power stations can be classified into four categories,namely “Pump-back storage”,“Open-loop pumped storage(existing lower reservoir)”,“Open-loop pumped storage(new lower reservoir)” and “Closed-loop pumped storage”.The technical key points of pumped-storage environmental impact assessment are sorted out from the aspects of evaluation level and scope,environment status investigation and evaluation,environment impact prediction and evaluation,and environmental protection measures.The environmental protection measures are proposed for different categories such as ecological flow security,wastewater and sewage treatment,reservoirs water quality protection,aquatic ecological protection and “Bringing the existing measures with the new measures”.
