摘 要:随着光伏不断接入流域水电并与水电打捆送出,水光互补优化调度对现有的流域梯级水电站水库群调度工作提出了新的要求。为解决已有的中长期水电优化调度规则并不能有效避免短期水光互补联合运行弃电风险这一实际运行问题,以澜沧江小湾、漫湾水电站水光互补为例,针对近期和远期2种光伏装机容量配置场景,对小湾、漫湾水电站长系列水文资料划分来水频率,具体量化短期弃电风险并嵌套绘制中长期水光互补优化调度图,得出该联合调度能有效降低不同来水条件,尤其是平偏丰来水年水光互补运行弃电风险的结论,可为实际调度规则的制订提供参考。With continuous access of photovoltaic power stations to hydropower stations in the river basin and packaged electricity delivery to grid together,the optimal scheduling of hydro-solar complementation puts forward new requirements for the scheduling of existing cascade hydropower stations in the basin.In order to solve the practical operation problem that the existing medium-and long-term optimal hydropower scheduling rules cannot effectively avoid the risk of power abandonment in short-term hydro-solar complementary joint operation,the hydro-solar complementation of Xiaowan and Manwan hydropower stations on Lancang River basin is taken as the example to study the short-term power abandonment risk.In the study,the long-term hydrological data of Xiaowan and Manwan hydropower stations are divided into incoming water frequencies for two various photovoltaic stations capacity scenarios in the near and long term,and the short-term power abandonment risk is quantified and the medium-and long-term hydro-solar complementary optimal scheduling diagram is plotted.It is concluded that the joint scheduling can effectively reduce the power abandonment risk of hydro-solar complementary operation under different incoming water conditions,especially in the normal year with abundant water.Study can provide a reference for the formulation of actual scheduling rules.
