基于NVivo的省级公共图书馆“十四五”发展规划文本质性分析

摘　　要：探讨分析各省级公共图书馆“十四五”发展规划,有助于了解全国公共图书馆未来事业发展方向,进而促进公共文化体系构建。以“十四五”时期27个省级公共图书馆的发展规划文本为研究对象,借助NVivo软件对这些政策文本进行质性分析。通过文本编码,构建开放式编码、主轴编码和选择性编码的三级体系框架,归纳分析参考点数。研究表明,各省级公共图书馆“十四五”期间发展重点集中在推广全民阅读活动、搭建多元资源保障体系、助力智慧图书馆建设以及开展合作交流等方面。此外,不同地区具有区域性差异。未来应该重视用户需求的精准化识别,打造更好的文化传播氛围,助力图书馆事业高质量发展。Exploring and analyzing the development programs of provincial public libraries over the 14th Five-Year Plan period helps to understand the future development direction of public libraries nationwide,thereby promoting the construction of the public cultural system.This study examines the development program texts of 27 provincial public libraries over the 14th Five-Year Plan period using NVivo software for qualitative analysis of these policy texts.Through text coding,a three-level system framework of open coding,axial coding,and selective coding was constructed,and reference points were summarized and analyzed.The research indicates that the development priorities of provincial public libraries over the 14th Five-Year Plan period focus on promoting nationwide reading activities,building a diverse resource support system,aiding the construction of smart libraries,and fostering cooperation and exchanges.Additionally,regional differences were observed.In the future,the public libraries should attach importance to the precise identification of user needs,create a better cultural dissemination atmosphere,and assist in the high-quality development of the librarianship.
