知识协同视角下高校图书馆智库服务体系研究——以哈佛大学肯尼迪学院图书馆为例

摘  要:智库服务是高校图书馆服务创新的重要举措,以知识协同理论与高校图书馆智库服务深度融合为研究目标,通过对国外典型高校图书馆智库服务的知识协同实践进行深入调研,为国内高校图书馆智库服务理论与实践提供参考。以哈佛大学肯尼迪学院图书馆为例,采用文献调研、网络调查及内容分析等方法,从集成平台、服务内容、服务团队等方面综合分析其智库服务的知识协同实践体系。借鉴哈佛大学肯尼迪学院图书馆智库服务的知识协同经验,并结合知识协同相关理论,构建了知识协同视角下高校图书馆智库服务体系,提出我国高校图书馆可以从建立差异化的智库服务目标、健全流动协同的智库服务保障、打造交互多样的智库服务内容、加强智慧化的智库服务馆员队伍建设等方面深化智库服务。Think tank services are an important initiative for service innovation in university libraries.With the integration of knowledge collaboration theory and think tank services in university libraries as the research objective,this study conducts in-depth research on the knowledge collaboration practices of typical university libraries abroad to provide reference for the theoretical and practical development of think tank services in domestic university libraries.Taking Harvard Kennedy School Library as an example,this study employs methods such as literature research,online survey,and content analysis to comprehensively analyze the knowledge collaboration practice system of its think tank services from the aspects of integrated platform,service content,and service team.Drawing on the knowledge collaboration experience of Harvard Kennedy School Library’s think tank services and combining it with relevant theories,this study constructs a think tank service system for university libraries from the perspective of knowledge collaboration.It proposes that Chinese university libraries can deepen think tank services by establishing differentiated service goals,enhancing mobile and collaborative think tank service guarantees,creating diversified interactive think tank service content,and strengthening the construction of a smart librarian workforce for think tank services.
