摘　　要：资本生产的正义性问题是《资本论》中的一个重要的问题域。在资本主义的形成和发展过程中,资本作为社会经济权利和经济组织结构的中心,具有宰制性、扩张性、侵略性的本质属性,充斥着对雇佣工人的剥削和压迫,对生态资源的破坏和掠夺。马克思对资本生产正义性问题的揭露与批判蕴含着对人类生命价值的关怀、自由本质的追溯、人与自然和谐共处的正义诉求。当今时代,分析马克思对资本生产正义性问题的批判,对诊断现代社会生产发展的弊病、构建生产正义理念具有重要启示意义。The justice of capital producation is an important problem domain in Das Kapital.In the formation and development process of capitalism,capital has always been the center of social and economic rights and organizational structure,always filled with the essence of capital's dominance,expansionism,and aggression.In the production of capital's endless pursuit of profits,it has always been filled with the exploitation and oppression of hired workers,as well as the destruction and plunder of ecological resources.Marx's exposure and criticism of the issue of capitalist production injustice demonstrate his concern for the value of human life,his tracing of the essence of freedom,and his pursuit of justice for harmonious coexistence between humans and nature.Analyzing Marx's criticism of the injustice of capital production in capitalist society has important enlightening significance for diagnosing the shortcomings of modern social production development and constructing the concept and measures of contemporary social production justice.
