数字档案管理中数据归档鉴定的方法与应用分析

摘　　要：文章旨在阐述数据归档鉴定的重要性,并探讨其在数字档案管理中的应用。研究首先解释数字化和数据归档鉴定的基本概念,明确二者的关系。文章侧重数据归档鉴定的八种核心方法:完整性、可用性、安全性、可追溯性、标准化、备份、处理和访问,并针对每种方法提供具体的实践指导。同时,研究从技术与非技术平衡的视角,提出提高数据归档鉴定效果的几项建议,包括加强专业培训、制定标准规范、提升安全性和可信度、增强监督评估以及促进跨部门合作。研究结果有助于提升数字档案的管理效率和安全性,对于促进数字化时代的信息共享与利用具有重要的现实意义。The purpose of this paper is to explain the importance of data archival appraisal and explore its application in digital archives management.This paper first explains the basic concepts of digitization and data archiving ap-praisal,and clarifies the relationship between the two.This article focuses on eight core approaches to data archiving appraisal:integrity,availability,security,traceability,standardization,backup,processing,and access,and provides specific practical guidance for each approach.At the same time,from the perspective of technical and non-technical balance,the study puts forward several suggestions to improve the effectiveness of data archiving appraisal,including strengthening professional training,developing standards,improving security and credibility,strengthening supervi-sion and evaluation,and promoting cross-sectoral cooperation.The research results are helpful to improve the man-agement efficiency and security of digital archives,and have important practical significance for promoting informa-tion sharing and utilization in the digital age.
