摘　　要：医院信息系统(HIS)是医院运行中最为关键的部分,它是医院的命脉,关系着医院信息化建设的成败。随着医院信息化建设的不断深入,医院信息工作量逐步增加,对医院信息系统的要求越来越高,在原有信息系统不能满足医院信息化建设与发展需要时,必然面临着新旧信息系统交替,即系统切换问题。医院信息系统切换是一项复杂而细致的工作,必须根据医院自身情况选择好切换方案并认真做好准备工作,才能确保系统切换成功,从而实现新系统建设的目标,保障医院信息化高质量发展。The Hospital Information System(HIS)is the most critical part of hospital operations,serving as the lifeblood of the hospital and determining the success or failure of hospital information technology development.As hospital information technology development continues to deepen,the workload related to hospital information increases gradually.The demands on the hospital information system are becoming increasingly stringent.When the existing information system can no longer meet the needs of hospital information technology development and growth,the issue of transitioning from old to new information systems arises.The transition of a hospital information system is a complex and meticulous task.It is essential to carefully select a transition plan based on the hospital's specific circumstances and to make thorough preparations.Only by doing so can the successful transition of the system be ensured,thereby achieving the objectives of new system development and ensuring high-quality development of hospital information technology.
