摘 要:本文旨在研究火电厂设备运行中常见的故障类型以及相应的处理措施。首先分析了机械故障,电气故障,控制系统故障以及热力系统故障这四大常见故障类型;详细探讨了各类故障的特点和可能原因。其次,在此基础上讨论了故障诊断和监测方法,包括检测技术和设备,数据采集和分析方法以及远程监测和维护系统的应用。最后,强调了关键故障处理措施的重要性。本文为火电厂设备管理提供了综合的理论基础和实际操作指南,有助于提高设备的可靠性、延长寿命,降低维修成本,以及确保电力生产的连续性和高效性。The purpose of this paper is to study the common fault types in the operation of thermal power plant equipment and the corresponding treatment measures.This paper analyzes four common fault types:mechanical fault,electrical fault,control system fault and thermal system fault,and discusses the characteristics and possible causes of each fault in detail.On this basis,the methods of fault diagnosis and monitoring are discussed,including the application of detection technology and equipment,data acquisition and analysis methods and remote monitoring and maintenance system.Finally,the importance of key fault handling measures is emphasized.This study provides a comprehensive theoretical basis and practical guidance for the equipment management of thermal power plants,which is helpful to improve the reliability of equipment,extend the life span,reduce the maintenance cost,and ensure the continuity and efficiency of power production.
