摘 要:目的:探讨PDCA循环教学模式在规培医师职业防护培训中的应用。方法:将2021年7月—2022年6月在院住培医师(含并轨专硕研究生)作为对照组,2022年7月—2023年6月在院住培医师(含并轨专硕研究生)作为试验组,对照组采取传统教学方法进行职业防护的教学,试验组采取PDCA循环法进行教学管理,比较两组的教学效果及职业暴露发生率。结果:试验组职业暴露的发生率较对照组明显下降,对照组和试验组锐器伤的发生有统计学差异(P<0.01),规培医师职业安全意识及个人防护措施的执行情况有了较明显的提升。结论:PDCA循环教学模式应用于规培医师的职业防护培训管理是切实可行的,契合职业防护培训实操性强的特点,教学薄弱环节得到及时反馈和整改,教学效果持续提升。Objective To explore the application of PDCA cycle teaching method in the occupational protection training for Standardized Training Physicians.Methods Standardized Training Physicians in the hospital from July 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the control group,and Standardized Training Physicians from July 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the experimental group.The control group was taught occupational protection by traditional teaching methods.The experimental group took PDCA cycle method for teaching management,and the teaching effect and occupational exposure incidence of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of occupational exposure in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and there was a statistical difference between the control group and the experimental group(P<0.01).The sense of sensory control and the implementation of personal protective measures were greatly improved.Conclusion It is feasible to apply PDCA cycle teaching method to the management of occupational protection training for Standardized Training Physicians,and the teaching defects can be timely feedback and rectification,so that the teaching quality and teaching effect can be continuously improved.
