高光泽高抗冲聚苯乙烯材料的研究

摘　　要：高光泽高抗冲聚苯乙烯材料含有两种不同尺寸和形态的聚丁二烯橡胶,分别为粒径为0.8~1.0μm的胶囊颗粒和粒径为1.2~4.4μm的微孔颗粒,聚丁二烯橡胶的体积平均粒径为1.6~2.2μm,胶囊颗粒和微孔颗粒的体积比在1∶13~1∶17之间,聚丁二烯橡胶占聚丁二烯橡胶和聚苯乙烯总重的6%~12.5%。高光泽高抗冲聚苯乙烯材料通过本体连续法制备,具有良好的光泽度和冲击性能,可以满足刚度、延展性以及尺寸稳定性等应用所需的关键要求。High gloss and high impact polystyrene material contains two different sizes and forms of polybutadiene rubber,with a particle size of 0.8~1.0μm.The capsule particles and particle size of m are 1.2~4.4μm.The microporous particles of m,and the average volume particle size of polybutadiene rubber is 1.6~2.2μm.The volume ratio of capsule particles to microporous particles ranges from 1:13 to 1:17,and polybutadiene rubber accounts for 6%to 12.5%of the total weight of polybutadiene rubber and polystyrene.High gloss and high impact polystyrene materials are prepared by continuous bulk method,which have good glossiness and impact performance and can meet key requirements for applications such as stiffness,ductility,and dimensional stability.
