摘  要:文章以金陵分公司130万吨催化裂化装置操作为基础,介绍了催化稳定汽油烯烃含量偏高的问题,结合装置原料品种、工艺参数、产品分析等数据与研究经验,提出了降低烯烃的优化措施。结果表明:优化原料性质、减少外来油掺炼、降低反应温度,调整剂油比,调整新鲜催化剂加注,提高再生催化剂活性,汽油终馏点按日优化方案指标上限控制和稳定汽油蒸气压按方案下限控制等措施,可以有效降低催化稳定汽油的烯烃含量,为公司调和国VIB汽油提供了有效支撑。Based on the operation of the 1.3 million tons catalytic cracking unit of Jinling Branch,this paper introduces the problem of high olefin content of catalytically stabilized gasoline,and proposes optimization measures to reduce olefins based on the data and research experience of raw material varieties,process parameters,and product analysis of the unit.The results show that the optimization of raw material properties,the reduction of foreign oil blending,the reduction of reaction temperature,the adjustment of the agent-to-oil ratio,the adjustment of fresh catalyst filling,the improvement of the activity of the regeneration catalyst,the daily optimization of the upper limit of the gasoline final distillation program index control and the control of the lower limit of the stable gasoline vapor pressure can effectively reduce the olefin content of catalytically stabilized gasoline,which provides effective support for the company to blend China VIB gasoline.
