摘  要:随着国家对能耗指标及环境保护的日益严格管控,作为传统的无机氟化盐化工企业,降低能耗、水资源的有效利用及污水的零排放已成为化工生产的主旋律,亟待解决。根据生产实践,以无水氢氟酸(年产6万t)、无水氟化铝(年产8万t)、高纯氟化锂(年产9000t)生产为主线总结分析了传统氟化盐生产过程中水资源的现状及实现水资源有效综合利用降低能耗及逐步实现零排放的相关应对措施。With the increasingly strict control of energy consumption and environmental protection,as a traditional inorganic fluoride salt chemical enterprises,reducing energy consumption,effective utilization of water resources and zero discharge of sewage have become the main theme of chemical production,which is an urgent problem to be solved.According to production practice,based on the production of anhydrous hydrofluoric acid(over 60,000 tons per year),anhydrous aluminum fluoride(80,000 tons per year)and high-purity lithium fluoride(9000 tons per year),this paper summarized and analyzed the current situation of water resources in the production of traditional fluoride salts and the relevant measures to realize the effective comprehensive utilization of water resources,reduce energy consumption and gradually realize zero emission.
