摘 要:含油废水的处理是海上油气田开采平台运行的关键环节之一。为提高经济效益和油水分离的效率,开发了高效微气浮(AMFD)除油分离器,小型组合纤维聚结(CFC)油水分离器和介质颗粒聚结过滤技术(MPE)分离器。并在中海石油渤海某海上平台进行了小规模连续性工业侧线试验,验证了设备在实际工业应用环境中的油水分离性能。结果表明,相比于平台原处理流程,“AMFD+CFC+MPE”流程总停留时间减少87%,取消了破乳剂和清水剂的使用,同时减少了22%的反向破乳剂使用量,效率提高了74.14%。出水各项指标满足平台回注水标准,处理效果优于平台原流程。The treatment of oily wastewater is one of the key links in the operation of offshore oil and gas field production platform.In order to improve the economic benefit and the efficiency of oil-water separation,the high efficiency micro-air flotation(AMFD)oil removal separator,small combined fiber coalescing(CFC)oil water separator and medium particle coalescing filtration technology(MPE)separator were developed in this study.The small-scale continuous industrial side-line test was carried out on an offshore platform of CNPC in Bohai Sea to verify the oil-water separation performance of the equipment in the actual industrial application environment.The results show that,compared with the original process of the platform,the total dwell time of the"AMFD+CFC+MPE"process is reduced by 87%,the use of demulsifier and water clarifier is cancelled,and the amount of reverse demulsifier is reduced by 22%.All effluent indicators meet the standard of the platform reinjection water injection,and the treatment effect is better than the original process of the platform.
