摘　　要：能源的需求推动了我国海上油气田的快速发展,而开发建造所面临的各类风险也急剧上升。为此,海上油气田开发建造险近些年受到了各方关注,而通过引入海事检验则为提升保险综合服务保障能力提供了坚实支撑。对于海上油气田开发建造方来说,通过海事检验能精准定位风险,并有效规避和防控各种潜在风险,从而达到更有利于项目可持续发展的目的。而对保险公司来说通过海事检验可以减少风险隐患和保证成本,有助于减少非常规业务的索赔数量和相关成本,起到降本提质增效的目的。The strong demand for energy has driven the rapid development of offshore oil and gas fields in China,and the various risks faced by development and construction have also sharply increased.For this reason,the development and construction insurance of offshore oil and gas fields has received attention from all parties in recent years,and the introduction of maritime inspection provides solid support for improving the comprehensive service guarantee ability of insurance.For offshore oil and gas field development and construction companies,maritime inspections can accurately identify risks and effectively avoid and prevent various potential risks,thereby achieving the goal of more conducive to the sustainable development of the project.For insurance companies,maritime inspections can reduce risk hazards and guarantee costs,help reduce the number of claims and related costs for unconventional business,and achieve the goal of reducing costs,improving quality,and increasing efficiency.
