摘　　要：由于混凝土结构的特点,许多房建工程均采用了混凝土结构,这类型结构的施工中对浇筑技术的要求较高。随着人们对房建工程混凝土施工提出了新要求,工程人员需注重砼浇筑期间的技术管理。虽然砼浇筑技术越发成熟,但是每一房建工程都有其特殊的结构特点,在施工期间有关人员需从实际出发,优化施工路径,合理确定各项参数,提高砼浇筑作业的规范性。基于此,本文着重分析了房建工程中砼浇筑的相关技术,引入案例分析法指出了砼浇筑期间的技术要点,以期为同类型项目提供参考。Because of the characteristics of concrete structure,many housing construction projects are using concrete structure,the construction of this type of structure has higher requirements for pouring technology.As people put forward new requirements for concrete construction of housing construction projects,engineering personnel should pay attention to technical management during concrete pouring.Although the concrete pouring technology is becoming more and more mature,each house construction project has its special structural characteristics.During the construction period,the relevant personnel need to proceed from the actual situation,optimize the construction path,reasonably determine various parameters,and improve the standardization of concrete pouring operations.Based on this condition,this paper focuses on analyzing the related technologies of concrete pouring in housing construction projects,and points out the technical key points during concrete pouring with the introduction of case analysis,so as to provide reference for similar projects.
