摘　　要：土建工程是土木工程和建筑工程的总称,是一门为人类生活、生产、防护等活动建造各类设施与场所的工程学科,在土建施工活动中,防水防渗施工属于非常重要的工作内容。本文针对应用防水防渗施工技术的重要性展开分析,讨论了屋面工程、墙体工程、厨卫工程、地下室工程、门窗工程中防水防渗施工技术应用要点,研究防水防渗材料管理、施工技术工序梳理、加强现场施工管理、组建可靠施工队伍等事项,其目的在于提高土建工程的抗渗性,延长工程项目的使用寿命。Civil construction engineering is a general term for civil engineering and construction engineering,which is an engineering discipline that builds various facilities and places for human life,production,protection and other activities.In civil construction activities,waterproof anti-seepage construction is a very important work content.This paper analyzes the importance of applying waterproof anti-seepage construction technology,discusses the application points of waterproof anti-seepage construction technology in roofing engineering,wall engineering,kitchen and bathroom engineering,basement engineering,door and window engineering,and studies the issues of managing waterproof anti-seepage materials,combing the construction technology processes,strengthening on-site construction management,and establishing reliable construction team,aiming to improve the impermeability of civil construction engineering and prolong the service life of engineering projects.
