摘　　要：数字经济已经成为全球经济增长的新引擎。文章通过梳理已有文献,归纳数字经济的基本范畴和内涵特征,发现其具有生产要素的价值创造效应、促进产业效率提升和经济结构优化的媒介效应,以及推动全球资源供需契合的平台效应。选取全球范围内主流的数字经济测度方法进行述评和比较分析发现,鉴于基础数据获取、指标体系构建以及理论视角的差异,目前常见的方法包括指数法、增加值法和编制卫星账户等。通过对比这些方法的测度价值和应用意义,提出我国构建数字经济测度指标体系的基本思路和相关建议。Digital economy has become a new engine of global economic growth.By combing the existing literature,this paper summarizes the basic categories and connotation characteristics of digital economy,and finds that it has the value creation effect of production factors,the media effect of promoting the improvement of industrial efficiency and the optimization of economic structure,and the platform effect of promoting the alignment of global resource supply and demand.The paper selects the mainstream measurement methods of digital economy in the global scope for review and comparative analysis.Due to the differences in basic data acquisition,indicator system construction and theoretical perspectives,the common methods at present include index method,added value method and satellite account compilation.By comparing the measurement value and application significance of these methods,the paper puts forward the basic ideas and relevant suggestions on constructing the measurement index system of digital economy in China.
