摘 要:综采工作面遇地质构造时,受构造应力和采动影响,采场煤壁和顶板常出现片帮、冒顶现象。某综采工作面过火成岩和断层构造期间,顶板破碎,易发生冒顶、片帮事故,通过分析顶板事故原因和注浆加固作用机理,结合现场实际工作条件,对工作面冒顶片帮严重区域采取马丽散化学注浆加固、充填方案。实践证明,通过对构造破碎带区域的注浆充填、加固,改善了采场破碎煤岩体的物理力学性质和煤体的整体性,工作面最大片帮深度由1.8 m降低至0.4 m,最大冒顶高度由2.9 m降至0.6 m,提升了工作面回采安全性和高效性。When fully mechanized mining face meets geological structure,it is common for coal wall and roof to fall under the influence of tectonic stress and mining movement.During the period of a fully mechanized mining face passing through iggenetic rock and fault structure,roof breakage is prone to roof fall and sheet side accidents.By analyzing the causes of roof accidents and the mechanism of grouting reinforce⁃ment,combined with the actual working conditions of the site,Malisan chemical grouting reinforcement and filling scheme is adopted for the serious areas of the face roof fall and sheet side.Practice has proved that the physical and mechanical properties of crushed coal and rock mass and the integrity of coal body have been improved by grouting filling and reinforcement in the structural fracture zone,the maximum wall depth of the working face has been reduced from 1.8 m to 0.4 m,and the maximum roof falling height has been re⁃duced from 2.9 m to 0.6 m,which has improved the safety and efficiency of the working face.
