摘　　要：排土场下游是居民生活区,存在一定的安全风险隐患,因此需要对排土场进行有效地安全管控和灾害防治。以某西南山区排土场为例,对排土场存在安全风险原因进行分析,并提出废石回采利用的方案。对排土场综合回采利用后的累计净现值、内部收益率和动态回收期经济指标分析,得出累计净现值为9 214.58万元,内部收益率为24.2%,动态回收期为5.47 a。该方案不仅消除了排土场的安全风险隐患,而且创造了显著的经济效益。The downstream of the waste dump is the residents'living area,which has certain safety risks,so it is necessary to carry out effective safety control and disaster prevention and control of the waste dump.Taking a dump in southwest mountainous area as an example,this paper analyzes the reasons of safe⁃ty risk in the dump,and puts forward the plan of waste rock recovery and utilization.The cumulative net present value,internal rate of return and economic indicators of dynamic payback period after comprehen⁃sive mining and utilization of the dump are analyzed,and the cumulative net present value is 92.1458 mil⁃lion yuan,the internal rate of return is 24.2%,and the dynamic payback period is 5.47 a.This scheme not only eliminates the safety risks of the waste dump,but also creates significant economic benefits.
