摘  要:新疆某难选碳酸盐型萤石矿中方解石含量高达53.46%,萤石含量为34.31%,萤石与方解石和石英等脉石矿物紧密交生,嵌布关系复杂,难以分离萤石和方解石。为了高效利用该难选碳酸盐型萤石矿,通过试验确定采用酸化水玻璃、栲胶LAB、聚环氧琥珀酸PESA和硫酸铝为抑制剂,耐低温型乳化油酸类药剂YS-3为捕收剂,在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm68%的条件下,闭路试验获得了CaF_2品位为97.84%、回收率为80.05%的萤石精矿,为碳酸盐型萤石矿的选矿工艺提供了技术参考。The content of calcite in a refractory carbonate-type fluorite ore in Xinjiang is as high as 53.46%,and the content of fluorite is 34.31%.Fluorite is closely intergrowth with gangue minerals such as cal⁃cite and quartz,and the dissemination relationship is complex.It is difficult to separate fluorite and calcite.In order to efficiently utilize the refractory carbonate fluorite ore,acidified water glass,tannin extract LAB,poly⁃epoxysuccinic acid PESA and aluminum sulfate are used as inhibitors,and low temperature resistant emulsi⁃fied oleic acid reagent YS-3 is used as collector.Under the condition of grinding fineness of-0.074 mm 68%,the fluorite concentrate with CaF2 grade of 97.84%and recovery of 80.05%is obtained by closed-circuit test,which provides a technical reference for the beneficiation process of carbonate fluorite ore.
