摘 要:峨口铁矿为了提高磨矿作业效率,降低选厂生产成本,对峨口铁矿细碎产品开展了高压辊磨辊面压力、辊面速度和含水率3种影响因素的条件试验研究,并采用R-R粒度特征方程对高压辊磨机粉碎产品的粒度特征进行了系统分析。粒度特性研究结果表明:随着辊面压力、辊面速度和含水率的增加,3种影响因素不同条件下的辊压产品的均匀性系数n均呈先增大后降低的趋势;由均匀性系数可知,当辊面压力为5.5 MPa、辊面速度为0.524 m/s、含水率为1%时的辊压效果最佳,辊压产品均匀性系数最大,粒度分布较为集中。在3种影响因素最佳条件下进行闭路辊压试验,结果表明,辊压产品中-1 mm含量达到69.99%,此时单位通过量为25.10 t/h,比功耗为1.88(kW·h)/t,增加高压辊磨后,矿石变得更易磨,降低了后续磨矿的作业能耗。In order to improve the efficiency of grinding operation and reduce the production cost of concentrator in Ekou Iron Mine,the conditional experimental study on three influencing factors of roller surface pressure,roller surface speed and moisture content of high pressure roller mill is carried out for the fine crushing products of Ekou Iron Mine.The R-R particle size characteristic equation is used to sys⁃tematically analyze the particle size characteristics of the crushed products of the high pressure roller mill.The results of particle size characteristics show that with the increase of roller surface pressure,roller sur⁃face velocity and water content,the uniformity coefficient n of the rolling products under different condi⁃tions of the three influencing factors increases first and then decreases.According to the uniformity coeffi⁃cient,when the roller surface pressure is 5.5 MPa,the roller surface speed is 0.524 m/s,and the moisture content is 1%,the roller pressing effect is the best,the uniformity coefficient of the roller pressing product is the largest,and the particle size distribution is more concentrated.The closed-circuit rolling test is car⁃ried out under the optimal conditions of three influencing factors.The results show that the content of-1 mm in the rolling product reaches 69.99%,at this time,the unit throughput is 25.10 t/h,and the specific power consumption is 1.88(kW·h)/t.After increasing the high-pressure roller mill,the ore became easier to grind and the energy consumption of subsequent grinding is reduced.
