摘 要:为了提高破碎齿的耐磨性能,针对某双齿辊破碎机的特点,在对其性能参数分析研究的基础上,采用离散元软件,进行了不同安装仰角对破碎齿磨损程度影响的对比仿真分析。仿真结果表明:当矿石硬度较软时,安装仰角对破碎齿的耐磨性能影响较低;当矿石硬度较硬时,安装仰角对破碎齿的耐磨性能影响很大;当破碎齿的安装仰角为60°时,齿辊破碎所需的最大破碎总功为546.04 W,平均值为249.53 W,双齿辊式破碎机最适配的安装仰角为60°;通过合理的离散元分析模拟结果,可为双齿辊破碎机后续的优化升级及现场工艺布置提供参考。In order to improve the wear resistance of the crushing teeth,according to the characteris⁃tics of a double-toothed roll crusher,based on the analysis of its performance parameters,a comparative simulation analysis of the influence of different installation elevation angles on the wear degree of the crush⁃ing teeth was carried out by discrete element soft.The simulation results show that when the hardness of the ore is soft,the installation elevation angle has little effect on the wear resistance of the crushing teeth.When the ore is hard,the installation elevation angle has a great influence on the wear resistance of the crushing teeth.When the installation elevation angle of the crushing tooth is 60°,the maximum crushing total work re⁃quired for the crushing of the toothed roller is 546.04 W,and the average value is 249.53 W.The most suit⁃able installation elevation angle of the double-toothed roller crusher is 60°.Through reasonable discrete ele⁃ment analysis simulation results,it can provide reference for the subsequent optimization upgrading and on site process layout of the double-toothed roll crusher.
