摘 要:为了合理开发利用安徽某混合型铁矿石资源,在矿石性质研究的基础上,进行了1次磨矿弱磁选流程和阶段磨矿、阶段弱磁选流程2种工艺流程的对比试验。试验结果表明:采用阶段磨矿、阶段选别单一弱磁选流程,可获得产率13.02%、全铁品位68.10%、全铁回收率46.73%的合格铁精矿,试验指标较好,可为该铁矿的开发利用提供指导依据。In order to rationally develop and utilize a mixed iron ore resource in Anhui Province,based on the study of ore properties,a comparative test of two processes of one time grinding low intensity magnetic separation process and stage grinding stage low intensity magnetic separation process is carried out.The test results show that the qualified iron concentrate with yield of 13.02%,total iron grade of 68.10%and total iron recovery of 46.73%can be obtained by using stage grinding stage separation single low intensity magnetic separation process.The test index is good,which can provide guidance basis for the development and utilization of the iron ore.
