“双碳”目标下企业能源计量及节能降耗分析

摘　　要：为实现社会经济的高质量发展,我国提出了碳达峰与碳中和战略目标(以下简称“双碳”),企业应采取能源计量措施,引进信息化技术,开发并应用能源计量管理系统,有效降低能源消耗。各传统能源企业面对全球能源革命的挑战,要充分立足于“双碳”目标,积极谋求转型发展模式,这对企业实现持续健康发展具有重大意义。基于此,以造纸企业的能源计量为研究案例,阐述能源计量在“双碳”中的作用,分析“双碳”目标下企业开展能源计量与节能降耗面临的各种挑战,并提出具体应对措施,以期为其他企业能源计量及节能降耗提供参考。In order to achieve high-quality socio-economic development,the country has proposed the"dual carbon"target strategy.Enterprises should take energy measurement measures,introduce information technology,develop and apply energy measurement management systems,and effectively reduce energy consumption.Facing the challenges of the global energy revolution,traditional energy enterprises need to fully adhere to the"dual carbon"goals and actively seek transformation and development models,which is of great significance for enterprises to achieve sustainable and healthy development.Based on this,this article takes the energy measurement of paper enterprises as a research case,elaborates on the role of energy measurement in"dual carbon"analyzes the various challenges faced by enterprises in carrying out energy measurement and energy conservation and consumption reduction under the"dual carbon"goal,and proposes specific measures,aiming to provide reference for energy measurement and energy conservation and consumption reduction in other enterprises.
