摘　　要：近年来,我国建设工程数量不断增加,但工程质量方面存在不少问题,特别是某些品质工程创建和质量责任制流于形式。本次专题调研通过文献资料收集、实地调研、召开座谈会等方式,对建设工程品质提升和质量责任终身制落实等情况进行深入研究分析,全面了解了当前建设工程品质提升和质量责任终身制落实中存在的问题,并提出相应的解决方案。对推动公路工程建设高质量发展、构建以建设单位为首要责任的工程质量责任体系具有重要意义。In recent years,the number of construction projects in China is increasing,but there are still many problems in the quality of engineering,especially the creation of quality engineering and quality responsibility system is a mere formality.The project research report through literature collection,field investigation,a discussion on construction project quality improvement and quality responsibility system to carry out the problem of further study and analysis,a comprehensive understanding of the current construction project quality improvement and quality responsibility system to carry out the problems existing in the actual work,and put forward the corresponding solutions.It is of great significance to promote the high-quality development of highway engineering construction and to build the engineering quality responsibility system with the construction unit as the primary responsibility.
