摘　　要：飞机制造领域取得突破性发展,飞机产品相关的质量管理工作亦逐步发展,但质量管理工作存在一定的风险。基于风险思维的飞机产品质量管理工作受到广泛关注,相关理论研究及实践探索大量涌现。基于此,分析飞机产品质量管理工作的特点,深入探讨飞机产品质量管理工作常见的风险及质量管理工作相关的风险管控措施,以供相关人员参考。With the breakthrough development of aircraft manufacturing,the quality management of aircraft products has been gradually developed,but there are some risks in quality management.Therefore,aircraft product quality management based on risk thinking has been widely concerned,and related theoretical research and practical exploration emerge in large numbers.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of aircraft product quality management,the common risks of aircraft product quality management and the risk control measures related to quality management are discussed for reference.
